Rotolito is expanding its finished products warehouse to meet its customers' fulfillment and warehousing demands

SERVICES HAVE NOW BEEN IMPLEMENTED FOR THE LOGISTICAL MANAGEMENT OF ORDERS FROM INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS IN THE PUBLISHING SECTOR AND LUXURY AND FASHION INDUSTRY.

An area dedicated to logistics located in the Capriate binding facility, will allow Rotolito to store and manage the distribution of semi-finished and finished products on behalf of its customers.
The task of building the storage facility was awarded to Trascar SpA, which dealt with all stages of the design and construction phase. The company was chosen as the main contractor for the entire project, designing and creating a dynamic, multi-level warehouse facility with an automated product carrier system and full satellite control.

“We planned the construction of this facility optimising the available space,” says Paolo Bandecchi, President of Rotolito. “At the same time, we have anticipated and allowed for further expansion in the future.”

The storage facility, in operation since June 10, has the capacity to store up to 3200 80x120cm and 100x120cm pallets, weighing 1000 Kg each.
A further benefit of this storage facility is its ability to be automatically managed by custom designed software that is fully integrated with the management system used by Rotolito.
The new warehouse will allow the customers of Rotolito and Nava Press to benefit from a logistics service that can manage the staggered and planned deliveries of editorial, commercial and packaging products in every part of the world.
